Oxion Builders is a growing home construction company committed to delivering modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing homes. We are looking for a creative and passionate Coohom Designer (Fresher) to join our design team.
Job Responsibilities
- Create 2D and 3D interior and exterior designs using Coohom.
- Develop realistic room layouts, furniture arrangements, and space planning.
- Produce high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Assist architects and senior designers in preparing design concepts.
- Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Select suitable materials, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Ensure designs meet company standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with the project and design teams for timely project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Coohom is mandatory.
- Understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and color combinations.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
