The Business Manager will own end-to-end business growth of the AI Training vertical. This includes student acquisition, revenue growth, partnerships, sales team management, and operational execution to achieve an annual enrollment target of 2,500 students across school, college, and professional AI programs.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue
- Achieve and exceed 2,500 student enrollments per annum across AI training programs.
- Define annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, funnels, and conversion metrics.
- Build scalable pricing, discounting, and program bundling strategies.
- Own P&L responsibility for the AI training division.
Sales & Channel Management
- Build and manage direct sales, inside sales, and channel partners.
- Develop institutional sales channels with schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporates.
- Establish partnerships with ed-tech platforms, resellers, and government skill programs.
- Monitor lead-to-conversion performance and optimize sales pipelines.
Marketing & Demand Generation
- Work with marketing teams to drive lead generation through digital, events, webinars, and institutional outreach.
- Plan and execute roadshows, workshops, demo days, and AI awareness programs.
- Ensure strong brand positioning for AI training programs in the market.
Operations & Program Delivery
- Coordinate with academic teams to ensure timely, high-quality program delivery.
- Forecast trainer requirements, batch planning, and infrastructure needs.
- Maintain high student satisfaction, retention, and referral rates.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage sales managers, counselors, and partner managers.
- Set KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and drive performance culture.
- Build SOPs for sales, onboarding, and partner engagement.
Reporting & Analytics
- Present weekly/monthly business reports to leadership.
- Use CRM and dashboards to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- 5–10 years of experience in EdTech, training, skilling, or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of managing large-volume enrollments or B2B/B2C education sales.
- Strong understanding of AI, technology training, or digital skilling ecosystems.
- Experience working with schools, colleges, or enterprise clients is a plus.
