We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented English Trainer with a strong focus on Grammar to join our team and help learners strengthen their command of the English language through both recorded and live sessions.
Job Description
We are hiring an English Trainer (Grammar Specialist) to conduct training sessions for students and working professionals. The role involves creating recorded video content as well as delivering live online classroom sessions focused primarily on English Grammar, along with overall communication skills. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals passionate about teaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver English Grammar training through online recorded sessions and live online/offline classes
- Teach core grammar concepts including Tenses, Parts of Speech, Sentence Structure, Articles, Prepositions, Voice, and Narration
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, practice exercises, and assessments
- Resolve student doubts and provide personalized guidance during and after sessions
- Conduct regular tests to evaluate learners' grammar proficiency and track progress
- Collaborate with the content and curriculum team to improve training material
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or any field
- Strong command over English Grammar with the ability to teach concepts clearly and simply
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Prior teaching/training experience is a plus but not mandatory for fresher candidates
- Confident, patient, and engaging teaching style suitable for diverse learner levels
- Basic comfort with recording sessions and using online teaching tools

- Freshers with strong grammar fundamentals are welcome to apply
- Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant teaching/training experience will be preferred for higher pay scale
- Must be willing to work full-time from the Noida office
