- Minimum Graduate
- Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in the US Logistics domain
- Freshers are not eligible
- Must possess valid educational and identity proofs
Required Skills

- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English fluently
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in night shifts
Roles & Responsibilities
Freight Broker
- Coordinate with shippers and carriers to move freight efficiently
- Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable loads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries
- Resolve transportation issues and provide regular shipment updates
Dispatcher
- Assign loads to drivers and monitor deliveries
- Plan routes and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers
- Track shipments and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation
