Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Relationship Executive (PRE) to ensure an exceptional patient experience from inquiry to treatment completion. The candidate will be responsible for patient coordination, appointment scheduling, counseling support, grievance handling, and maintaining long-term patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients professionally at the clinic/hospital.
- Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Explain treatment procedures, packages, and hospital services to patients.
- Follow up with new, existing, and missed patients for appointments and treatment continuation.
- Maintain regular communication with patients to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, billing, and operations teams for seamless patient care.
- Address patient concerns and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM/HMS.
- Ensure timely documentation and daily reporting.
- Support the sales team in converting inquiries into consultations and admissions.
- Collect patient feedback and share improvement suggestions with management.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare or Hospitality background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare, hospital, clinic, wellness, or customer service role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
