Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Executive to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, electronic devices and security systems. The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of laptops, iPads, computers, electronic devices, device security and safety/security equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for company laptops, desktops, iPads, tablets and other electronic devices.
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software and operating systems.
- Manage company IT devices, including device allocation, tracking, maintenance and inventory.
- Ensure proper security of company devices and data through antivirus, access controls, updates and security settings.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, printers and other peripherals.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, DVR/NVR, biometric systems, access control and other security/safety devices.
- Perform regular system updates, software installation and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for repairs, AMC and replacement of IT equipment.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets, devices, repairs and technical issues.
- Support employees with day-to-day IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure all company electronic devices and IT systems are used safely and securely.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Hardware Support or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of laptops, desktops, iPads/tablets and electronic devices.
- Good knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of device security, endpoint security, antivirus and data protection.
- Knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, biometric and access-control systems will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP and internet troubleshooting.
- Good IT asset management and documentation skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Education
Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
