Job Summary:
As an Instructional Designer for Digital Learning, you will be responsible for transforming complex content into engaging, scalable learning experiences for global delivery teams. Your typical day will involve designing eLearning modules, developing instructor-led training materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, and creating polished multimedia-enabled learning content using tools such as Storyline 360, Rise 360, and PowerPoint. You will also support content publishing workflows, apply strong visual design practices, incorporate feedback, and use modern AI-enabled approaches to improve learning effectiveness and quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging eLearning modules using Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
Develop instructor-led training materials and support learning assets for classroom or virtual delivery.
Translate complex business and technical content into clear, learner-focused experiences.
Create instructional videos, multimedia assets, and polished PowerPoint-based learning content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and global teams to gather requirements, validate content, and align learning outcomes.
Ensure consistency in instructional design, visual design, quality standards, and learner experience across deliverables.
Manage multiple learning design projects, timelines, feedback cycles, and content revision activities.
Use AI tools and modern learning technologies to enhance design efficiency, content quality, and learner engagement.
Support content publishing workflows and coordinate handoffs for publishing, review, or deployment activities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Instructional Design with hands-on experience in Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
Strong understanding of eLearning design, instructor-led training design, learning objectives, content chunking, storyboarding, and learner engagement techniques.
Experience developing instructional videos, multimedia assets, and visually polished learning materials.
Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating clear, structured, and professional learning content.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with SMEs, stakeholders, and global delivery teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, revisions, and feedback inputs.
Good to have experience with AI tools, accessibility standards, LMS platforms, content publishing platforms, and enterprise learning environments.
Additional Information:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong learning design background and the ability to convert complex content into engaging digital and instructor-led learning experiences.
This position is based in India and supports global delivery within Accenture Technology and Communications & Media learning ecosystems.
Candidates with exposure to AI-enabled learning design, accessibility, LMS platforms, and enterprise content publishing workflows will be preferred.
