Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Manager to manage the complete Human Resources and Payroll functions of our organization. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee lifecycle, including confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and Full & Final Settlements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Laws, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
- Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee performance appraisal and training programs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, payroll reports, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with Finance, auditors, consultants, and government authorities for payroll and statutory compliance.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and payroll data.
- Support management with manpower planning and HR initiatives.
- Monitor HR compliance across all departments and locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (HR), MHRM, MSW (HR), or PGDM (HR) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll processing and HRMS/payroll software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
