About the Role
Blushingtone Makeup Studio is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to create high-quality visual content for our makeup studio, social media platforms, promotional campaigns, bridal makeovers, and client transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos and photos of makeup services, bridal looks, transformations, and studio activities.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Plan and execute creative video concepts based on current social media trends.
- Handle camera, lighting, audio, and basic production equipment.
- Edit videos professionally using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software.
- Add music, transitions, captions, effects, color correction, and sound design.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and branding across all content.
- Collaborate with makeup artists and the marketing team to develop content ideas.
- Organize and maintain video footage and project files.
- Deliver content according to the studio's content calendar and deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience in videography and video editing.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition.
- Strong knowledge of short-form content and social media trends.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced beauty/fashion environment.
- A portfolio or examples of previous work are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Instagram and YouTube content formats.
- Basic photography skills.
- Knowledge of color grading and cinematic video techniques.
- Ability to operate gimbals, lights, microphones, and other production equipment.
