Job Summary:
A Lift Sales Executive – Avinyatech Elevators Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for selling elevator
solutions to clients such as builders, architects, and property developers. Their role
combines technical understanding with sales skills.
Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
· Identify new business opportunities (construction projects, commercial buildings,
· malls, hospitals, etc.)
· Generate leads and convert them into sales
· Meet sales targets and revenue goals
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
2. Client Relationship Management
· Develop relationships with:
· Builders & developers
· Architects & consultants
· Contractors and project managers
· Understand client requirements and propose suitable lift/escalator solutions
· Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
3. Technical Consultation
· Recommend appropriate products based on:
· Building height and usage
· Passenger capacity
· Safety requirements
· Coordinate with technical/engineering teams for specifications and customization
· Explain product features, safety standards, and compliance
4. Market Intelligence
· Track competitors, pricing, and industry trends
· Monitor upcoming construction projects and government tenders
· Provide feedback to management for strategy planning
5. Coordination & Project Follow-up
· Work with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
· Follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and installation progress
· Ensure customer satisfaction until project completion
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
