Job Summary
We are looking for caring, patient, and responsible Babysitters/Nannies to provide excellent childcare for infants, toddlers, and young children at clients' homes.
If you genuinely enjoy working with children and have experience caring for babies or young kids, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive childcare in a safe environment
- Feed babies and children according to parents' instructions
- Prepare baby food or simple meals when required
- Change diapers and maintain hygiene
- Bathe, dress, and groom children
- Put babies and children down for naps and bedtime
- Sterilize feeding bottles and baby utensils
- Keep children's play areas clean and organized
- Engage children in educational and creative activities
- Read books, tell stories, sing songs, and play games
- Assist with homework (for school-age children)
- Monitor children's health and immediately report concerns
- Escort children to school, tuition, or activities if required
- Follow parents' schedules and household rules
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements
- Experience caring for infants or children
- Freshers with childcare training may also apply
- Patient, kind, and trustworthy
- Physically fit and energetic
- Good hygiene and grooming
- Non-smoker
- Ability to communicate in Tamil
- Basic English is an advantage
- Willing to travel within Chennai
- Police verification preferred
- Childcare or Nursing certification is an advantage
