Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager who is obsessed with generating qualified B2B leads and converting them into paying hospital clients. This is NOT a brand-building role — your primary KPI is sales pipeline. You will own our entire digital marketing engine, lead a small team, and use AI-powered tools to scale outreach across India's private hospital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline
- Build and execute targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads from private hospitals (50–500 bed segment)
- Identify and reach hospital owners, administrators, IT heads, and procurement managers
- Run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting specific hospital clusters by city and size
- Set up automated lead funnels using AI tools, CRM, and email sequences
- Work closely with the telecalling team to ensure warm handoffs and pipeline conversion
2. Digital Platforms & Campaigns
- Manage and grow LinkedIn presence — company page, targeted outreach, InMail campaigns
- Run performance marketing on Google Ads (Search & Display) targeting hospital procurement keywords
- Manage Facebook/Instagram campaigns for awareness and retargeting
- Leverage WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp groups to reach hospital networks
- Explore niche healthcare platforms and industry associations (e.g., AHPI, IHF networks)
3. AI-Powered Marketing
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to create high-converting content at scale
- Deploy AI-powered prospecting tools (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Clodura.AI, AnyBiz) to build hospital contact databases
- Automate outreach sequences using tools like Instantly.ai or Smartlead
- Use predictive lead scoring and intent data to prioritize outreach
4. Content & SEO
- Develop case studies, videos, and testimonials from existing 700+ hospital clients
- Manage SEO strategy to rank for HMIS, EMR, and hospital software keywords in India
- Create webinars, demos, and online events targeting hospital decision-makers
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Own weekly/monthly reporting on leads generated, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
- Continuously A/B test campaigns, landing pages, and messaging
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility for the sales team
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5–8 years of proven digital marketing experience in B2B Healthcare IT, SaaS, or Enterprise Software.
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads that resulted in measurable sales revenue.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, CRM platforms (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce), marketing automation, SEO, and AI-powered prospecting tools.
- Strong understanding of hospital software procurement cycles, including HMIS, EMR, HIS, and healthcare decision-making processes.
- Existing network within the healthcare ecosystem, including hospital owners, administrators, IT heads, or procurement teams, will be a significant advantage.
- Data-driven, highly result-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
