About the Role
Sickle Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for 2026 B.Tech Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) – Quality. This opportunity is exclusively for candidates who graduated in 2026 and are looking to start their career in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
The selected candidates will receive hands-on training in quality inspection, process monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement while working closely with experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of products and components.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, and Procurement teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Ensure adherence to company quality systems, safety standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Learn and support implementation of quality control processes and best manufacturing practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and mechanical measurements is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing and shop floor environment.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a quality engineering role.
