Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate dialysis machines and equipment.
- Prepare patients for dialysis procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition during dialysis, noting any changes.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the dialysis area and equipment.
- Administer medications as prescribed and manage any complications that arise during treatment.
- Record patient data accurately and update medical records as necessary.
- Collaborate with nephrologists and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding dialysis and kidney health.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Completed a diploma or degree in Dialysis Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of dialysis procedures and equipment operation.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
