Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Email campaign Specialist to build, set up, manage, and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns. The role focuses on driving performance, maintaining high deliverability, and ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and set up end to end email campaigns, templates, and automation workflows
- Configure audience segmentation, triggers, and personalization strategies
- Manage promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns
- Monitor deliverability, engagement, and overall campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs
- Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-quality emails
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
- Guide, mentor, and support junior team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing
- Hands-on experience with ESPs and marketing automation tools
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
