Job Summary
We are hiring a dedicated Telecaller Executive to interact with prospective students and customers, generate leads, and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.
- Provide information about courses, admissions, and services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments for Academic Counselors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two / Degree qualification.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
