· Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimations
. Analysing material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
· Conduct through site inspections, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-offs to support cost assessments.
· Evaluate and validate subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness
· Collaborate with the planning team and project managers to develop project
· Monitor actual project expenditures and compare them with the estimated costs
· Continuously update the cost estimates with project progresses
. Ensure all project activities align with the established timelines and flag delays in advance to the management team.
