Location: Ekkatuthangal, Chennai
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Placement Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in helping our students get placed in good companies by building company connections, preparing students for interviews, and managing the placement process.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with IT companies for placements (SAP, Data Analytics, Cloud roles)
- Source job openings from Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and company websites
- Coordinate mock interviews and interview preparation sessions for students
- Track student placement data and maintain records
- Share regular job alerts with students via WhatsApp/Email
- Organize placement drives and company visits
- Work closely with trainers and management for student readiness
- Follow up with placed students for feedback and proof of employment
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Freshers are welcome)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of IT industry / SAP, Data Analytics or Cloud is a big plus
- Active on LinkedIn and job portals
- Willing to make calls and do field visits occasionally
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Incentives: ₹1,500 – ₹2,000 per successful placement
- Growth opportunities as the company scales
Pay: ₹10,248.54 per month
