- Manage the end to end Metrics, Reporting and Analytics framework for the AM O&C Manage senior level messaging for weekly scorecards, BCC and FCC to senior AMOC members Manage metrics across all aspects of AM Establish financial reporting for senior level executives manage cost reduction efforts relating to vendor Create quality metrics to proactively assess the monitoring of the regulatory commitments, issues trending etc Manage the regional teams to ensure that all reporting requirements are being provided on a Timely basis Create ad-hoc reporting for senior executives the AM Business Control Committee Manage relationships with internal partners such as Control Officers, Finance, Sourcing, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, and Legal to remove roadblocks impeding the Exam Management process while balancing the need for quality and regulatory and policy compliance Partner with the firm-wide Controls Room to streamline the reporting process and leverage their reporting capabilities
