Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Site Engineer / Site Supervisor with over 4 years of hands-on experience in executing diverse building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter responsible for ensuring structural accuracy, managing multi-disciplinary integrations, and maintaining top-tier finish qualities on-site. You will bridge the gap between design blueprints and on-ground execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and up to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Execution & Supervision: Lead day-to-day site operations, manage labor/subcontractors, and ensure work progresses strictly according to the project timeline.
- Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and execute 2D working drawings, structural layouts, and dimensional detailing with zero margin for error.
- Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate and integrate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services with core civil structures and interior layouts.
- Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct rigorous site inspections to ensure materials used match specifications and that structural/finishing work meets high-quality benchmarks.
- On-Site Troubleshooting: Proactively identify execution bottlenecks, design mismatches, or material shortages, and implement quick, practical solutions on the ground.
Requirements & Desired Skills
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of proven experience supervising building and infrastructure projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Exceptional command over dimensional accuracy, layout marking, and reading complex architectural/engineering drawings.
- Finishing Expertise (Highly Desired): A strong understanding of high-end interior finishes, including premium marble layout/polishing, detailed carpentry, and specialized textures.
- Material Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction materials, curing times, mixing ratios, and vendor specifications.
- Traits: A sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills for labor management, and a self-driven attitude.

- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + additional monthly travel/fuel allowance provided for local official transit.
Pay: ₹20,829.12 - ₹62,853.28 per month
