- Identify and generate new business leads through online channels — LinkedIn, email campaigns, WhatsApp outreach, industry portals, and digital directories
- Conduct offline lead generation through field visits, client meetings, and networking — including attending exhibition visits and actively keeping a tab on ongoing and upcoming exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events relevant to the engineering and manufacturing sector
- Research and build a strong prospect database of potential clients including OEMs, machine manufacturers, product companies, and industrial firms
- Initiate first contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, or in-person visits and pitch Prolific 3D Tech's services effectively
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the CEO or Design Engineer for detailed discussions and demos
- Follow up consistently with leads at every stage of the sales funnel — from first contact to proposal to closure
- Prepare and share company profiles, service decks, and proposal documents with prospective clients
- Maintain an updated CRM or lead tracker with status, follow-up dates, and conversion notes for all prospects
- Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to understand service offerings and communicate them accurately to clients
- Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets as set by management
- Gather market intelligence — competitor activities, industry trends, and client needs — and share insights with the team
