Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day inventory, warehouse operations, stock movement, order dispatch, returns and inventory documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Stock Handling and Zoho.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and store incoming inventory with proper SKU tagging.
- Maintain accurate stock records, bin locations and inventory data in Zoho.
- Handle repacking, relabelling and stock arrangement as required.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain dispatch records and upload order photographs.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory.
- Prepare monthly stock and reorder reports.
- Manage internal stock transfers, demo materials and replacement stock.
- Track shipments and coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
- Handle returned products and update physical and system stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain proper warehouse organization, documentation and records.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Inventory / Warehouse / Logistics Operations.
- Zoho experience is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Experience in stock management, order processing and dispatch operations.
- Knowledge of courier coordination, packaging and shipment tracking.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work with physical inventory and warehouse operations.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in stock records.
