Retail Executive – Pet Shop & Pet Spa

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 weekday off
Role Summary Responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the pet shop and pet spa, ensuring excellent customer service, sales support, inventory management, and seamless spa operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers and recommend products and services.
* Handle POS transactions.
* Manage stock, inventory, and product displays.
* Schedule and manage grooming appointments.
* Coordinate with groomers and spa staff.
* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the store and spa.
* Check pets in and out of the spa.
* Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
* Prepare daily sales and reports.
* Ensure pet safety and welfare at all times.
Requirements
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Organized, responsible, and proactive.
* Comfortable working with pets.
* Retail or pet industry experience is an advantage but not required.
