What This Role Is About
Every project runs on two things — good people and good coordination. The installation team can only perform when the right equipment is on site, the right people are dispatched at the right time, and every moving part has someone tracking it. That someone is you.
This is a coordination-heavy, detail-oriented role sitting at the intersection of project planning, logistics, client servicing, and AMC management. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks — before, during, and after installation.
What You'll Own
- Pre-Installation Logistics & Material Coordination : Ensure all equipment, materials, and tools reach the project site before the installation team does. Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and the warehouse to track dispatches, confirm deliveries, and resolve shortages or mismatches before they cause delays on site.
- Project Planning Support : Work closely with Project Managers to maintain project schedules, track milestones, and flag risks to timely delivery. Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned at every stage of execution.
- Client & Vendor Coordination : Serve as the coordination point between the internal team and client POCs — communicating delivery timelines, scheduling site access, and managing day-to-day project communication professionally and promptly.
- Service Call Management & Helpdesk : Attend incoming service requests and support calls efficiently. Log issues, assess urgency, and deploy the right engineer or technician to resolve them as quickly as possible. Be the first voice the client hears when something needs fixing.
- Engineer & Technician Deployment : Coordinate field team schedules for both project installations and service calls — ensuring the right people are available, briefed, and dispatched without delay.
- AMC Service Management : Manage the Annual Maintenance Contract calendar — scheduling preventive maintenance visits, tracking AMC renewals, maintaining service records, and ensuring all contractual service commitments are met on time.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of material movement, service calls, site visit logs, AMC schedules, and project status updates. Ensure Project Managers and leadership always have a current, clear picture.
- Issue Escalation : Know when a service issue or site problem needs to be escalated and to whom. Don't let things sit — if something is stuck, it's your job to unstick it or flag it immediately.
What We're Looking For
● 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or service management role - preferably in AV, IT infrastructure, MEP, or a similarly technical field
● Strong organisational skills - you're the kind of person who tracks everything and forgets nothing
● Comfortable handling multiple open tasks simultaneously without losing accuracy or urgency
● Good communication skills in Hindi and English - written and verbal
● Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or any project tracking tool
● Familiarity with logistics coordination, vendor follow-up, and field team management is a strong advantage

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
