Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Executive as freelancer to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose hardware/software faults.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and ensure smooth IT operations.
- Handle basic networking issues, internet connectivity, and email configurations.
- Support users with password resets, software installation, and system access.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT-related services and repairs.
- Maintain records of IT assets, system updates, and support activities.
- Ensure data backup and basic security measures are followed.
- Provide timely support and resolve user complaints effectively.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, printers, and internet troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical support role preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
