Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in customer handling, and the ability to support daily sales operations while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend products accordingly.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Support billing and retail operations when required.
- Ensure store cleanliness and proper product display.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations.
- Follow company policies and food safety standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1–2 years in Sales / Retail / Customer Service.
- Education: Any educational background preferred (PUC / Diploma / Graduate can apply).
- Languages Known: English, Kannada, Hindi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer handling experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
