We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager – Civil/MEP for an Industrial Greenfield Project in Chennai.
Position: Construction Manager – Civil/MEP
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 12–15 Years
Project Type: Industrial Greenfield Project
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end construction activities for industrial projects from mobilization to completion.
- Lead civil and MEP execution activities with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project schedule, progress, quality, safety, and cost control.
- Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure timely execution of RCC works, structural works, finishing works, utilities, and MEP coordination.
- Manage contractor performance, resource planning, and site operations.
- Conduct progress reviews and prepare DPR/WPR/MPR reports.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.
- Support project handover, testing, commissioning, and closure activities.
