Position: Audit & Tax Manager
Location: Camp, Pune (Relocating near Pune Railway Station – August 2026)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, and other assurance engagements.
- Review accounting records, financial statements, and compliance documentation.
- Manage Income Tax compliance, return filing, TDS matters, and advisory assignments.
- Handle GST compliance, return filing, assessments, notices, refunds, and advisory services.
- Independently manage tax assessments, scrutiny proceedings, and departmental representations.
- Supervise and mentor team members while ensuring timely completion of assignments.
- Stay updated with changes in taxation and regulatory laws and provide practical solutions to clients.
- Assist clients with company incorporation, registrations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and professional service.
Desired Profile
- Strong practical experience in Auditing, Accounting, Income Tax, and GST.
- Ability to independently handle notices, assessments, and scrutiny matters.
- Proficiency in Winman, Tax Power, Tally, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage a team.
