About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and social media-savvy Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team. If you live and breathe social media, know how to create engaging reels, understand algorithms, and love content creation, this is the perfect opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Management: Plan and manage the content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms, ensuring consistent daily posting.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build an active and engaged digital community.
- Trend Tracking: Keep up with the latest social media trends, viral audio, and marketing strategies, adapting them creatively to our brand.
- Content Creation: Design visually appealing posts, stories, and graphics using basic design tools like Canva.
- Marketing & Growth: Brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas to expand our organic reach and engagement.
Requirements / What We Are Looking For:
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong communication and writing skills to draft catchy captions and engaging hooks.
- Basic knowledge of shooting and editing reels/short-form videos.
- Bonus Point: Strong skills or interest in Photography / Videography (knowing how to capture great angles and clean shots) will be a major advantage.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
