- Support New Chemical Entity (NCE) discovery and lead optimization projects through the synthesis of target molecules under the guidance of senior medicinal chemists.
- Perform literature searches using SciFinder and other scientific databases to support synthetic route design and problem solving.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality compounds in accordance with project timelines
- Ensure efficient delivery and timely completion of assigned projects.
- Purify compounds using advanced techniques (e.g., column chromatography, recrystallization, HPLC).
- Characterize substances through analytical methods such as NMR, LC-MS, etc.
- Analyse results, interpret data, and communicate findings in reports, presentations, and scientific meetings.
- Stay current with scientific literature, novel synthetic techniques, and industry best practices.
