We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our overseas recruitment team. The role involves hiring Nurses for GCC countries and coordinating the recruitment process from sourcing to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen nurse candidates for GCC opportunities
- Call and follow up with leads and applicants
- Explain job openings, interview schedules, and requirements
- Collect and verify candidate documents
- Coordinate interviews with clients
- Guide candidates through medical, visa, and deployment processes
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until departure
- Handle recruitment databases and daily updates
Requirements:
- Any Degree
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in recruitment or overseas hiring is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Basic knowledge of GCC recruitment process is an advantage
