Job Responsibilities
Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals for customer enquiries.
Handle Government, PSU and Private tenders from enquiry to order finalization.
Study customer specifications, datasheets, P&IDs and tender documents.
Select suitable products based on process application.
Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements.
Negotiate commercial and technical offers with customers.
Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into purchase orders.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production and Purchase departments.
Prepare costing, pricing and margin calculations.
Handle vendor registrations and customer approvals.
Maintain CRM, enquiry tracking and quotation records.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Preferred Experience
1 – 10 years in Instrumentation, Process Automation or Industrial Valves.
Experience in Flow Meters, Level, Pressure, Temperature Instruments or Control Valves is highly preferred.
Experience in EPC companies, Instrumentation manufacturers or Process Industries will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation products.
Excellent proposal preparation and documentation skills.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to understand process applications.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering.
