Manager – Operations & Marketing | IVF / Fertility
Yana IVF & Fertility Centre is looking for an experienced Manager – Operations & Marketing to oversee centre operations, business growth, marketing activities, patient conversion, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the IVF/Fertility Centre.
- Drive patient footfall, counselling, IVF conversions and revenue.
- Develop and execute centre-level marketing and business development strategies.
- Manage digital and offline marketing activities.
- Monitor leads, appointments, consultations, counselling and conversion performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and referral partners.
- Coordinate with telecalling, counselling, front office and clinical teams.
- Set targets and monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance.
- Analyse revenue, marketing ROI, patient conversion and operational KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the centre's market presence.
- Handle patient feedback and ensure excellent patient experience.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the operations and marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, quality standards and NABH requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and present performance updates to management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PG Diploma in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration or Marketing will be an advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in hospital, healthcare, IVF/fertility or medical marketing.
- IVF/Fertility industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, business development and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with targets and manage a high-performance team.
