We are looking for a passionate and experienced Network Engineering Trainer to train students and aspiring IT professionals in networking technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on networking concepts.
- Train students on CCNA concepts, including:
- Network Fundamentals
- IP Addressing & Subnetting
- Routing & Switching
- VLANs, STP, EtherChannel
- OSPF, Static Routing
- ACLs & NAT
- DHCP, DNS
- IPv6 Basics
- Network Security Fundamentals
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions using Cisco Packet Tracer and/or real networking equipment.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Assess student performance through quizzes and practical evaluations.
- Guide students in interview preparation, resume building, and career development.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching.
- Experience with Cisco routers and switches.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, or similar simulators.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- CCNA certification (Preferred).
- 1–3+ years of networking or training experience.
- Industry experience as a Network Engineer or System Engineer is an added advantage.
