Job Description:
We are looking for a Production Executive / Supervisor for our RMC Plant at Ankleshwar. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities at the RMC plant.
- Ensure timely batching and dispatch of concrete as per site requirements.
- Coordinate with plant operators, site teams, and dispatch team.
- Maintain production records and reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished concrete.
- Minimize production delays and handle operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil or related field.
- Basic knowledge of RMC plant operations.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in RMC plant or construction industry.
- Knowledge of batching plant operations.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage shifts independently.
