Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead React Native Developer to design, develop, and lead the development of high performance cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Native development, mobile architecture, performance optimization, and API integrations, along with the ability to lead a team of developers and drive mobile application delivery in an Agile environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable mobile application components.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
. • Optimize application performance, including UI rendering, memory usage, and app responsiveness.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate closely with backend development teams.
- Implement advanced UI interactions and animations using Lottie and React Native Reanimated.
- Oversee mobile application deployment and release management for Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support when required.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce development standards.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and mobile strategy planning.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in React Native and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience in building and releasing production-grade mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns and performance optimization
. • Experience with third-party libraries, native modules, and API integrations.
- Strong experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Experience working with version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on React Native based technologies.
