Hiring for Merchandiser for Leading Jewellery Industry

Key Responsibilities:
Product Planning & Development
o Collaborate with designers and buyers to plan collections in line with market trends.
o Develop seasonal merchandise plans for gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination
o Source materials and finished products from trusted vendors across India (e.g., Surat for diamonds,
Jaipur for colored stones).
o Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
Inventory & Stock Management
o Track and forecast inventory needs across stores or markets.
o Ensure optimal stock levels and rotation to reduce dead stock.
Market & Trend Analysis
o Study domestic and international jewelry trends.
o Analyze competitor collections and pricing to stay competitive.
Sales Support
o Liaise with sales and retail teams to understand customer preferences.
o Help create visual merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns.
Documentation & Compliance
o Ensure quality checks, hallmarking, and certification (BIS, IGI, GIA as applicable).
o Maintain proper documentation for exports, GST, and customs compliance
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
