Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counselor to guide clients through the visa application process. The candidate will be responsible for assessing client profiles, providing accurate information about visa requirements, and ensuring successful application submissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of immigration and visa procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding study, tourist, and work visa options
- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable countries and visa categories
- Guide clients through documentation and application procedures
- Assist in preparing and reviewing visa application forms
- Ensure all documents are accurate and submitted on time
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules and immigration policies
- Maintain client records and follow up on application status
- Coordinate with embassies, universities, and other authorities when required
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
