- Source materials, components, and consumables for production.
- Handle quotations, price comparison, and supplier negotiations.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate daily with the Sri Lanka unit on requirements and plans.
- Manage logistics, shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
- Verify shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate vendor payments, invoice verification, and reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and track procurement, shipments, and costs.
