The Lead – College Initiatives will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), including universities, colleges, autonomous institutions, and technical education providers. The role will focus on expanding Company's Skills’ presence within campuses, driving student engagement programs, and creating sustainable collaborations that enhance employability and career outcomes for students.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional Partnerships
- Develop and strengthen relationships with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across assigned regions.
- Engage with Vice Chancellors, Principals, Directors, Deans, Placement Officers, and faculty members to establish long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for skill development programs, employability initiatives, internships, apprenticeships, and placement support.
Program Implementation
- Lead the planning and execution of campus-based employability and skill development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of training programs and student engagement activities.
- Monitor program outcomes and ensure achievement of agreed objectives and KPIs.
Student Employability & Industry Connect
- Facilitate interactions between industry partners and educational institutions.
- Support internship, apprenticeship, and placement initiatives for students.
- Work closely with placement cells to improve employment outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for partner institutions.
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction among institutional stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reviews and present impact reports to partner institutions and management.
Business Development
- Identify and secure new institutional partnerships.
- Support proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Contribute to the growth of Company's Skills' higher education engagement portfolio.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of professional experience.
- Must have prior experience working within a Higher Education Institution (HEI), such as a university, college, deemed university, autonomous institution, or technical education institution.
- Experience in student affairs, career services, training & placement, industry-academia relations, academic administration, or institutional partnerships will be highly preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Strong understanding of the higher education ecosystem and institutional decision-making processes.
- Experience in managing relationships with academic leaders and institutional stakeholders.
- Exposure to employability, skill development, training, internships, apprenticeships, or placement initiatives.
- Experience in education services, edtech, skilling, or workforce development sectors would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
