Job Summary
A leading Ayurvedic Healthcare / Pharma Company is hiring Business Development Officers (BDO), Medical Representatives (MR), Area Sales Managers (ASM), and Zonal Sales Managers (ZSM) across multiple locations in India.
The role involves doctor visits, product promotion, prescription generation, distributor/pharmacy relationship management and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, healthcare professionals, pharmacies and distributors.
- Promote company products and generate prescriptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and channel partners.
- Conduct product promotion activities and medical camps.
- Generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain daily field activity reports and CRM updates.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
EligibilityFreshers
- B.Pharma / D.Pharma is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales and travel within the assigned territory.
Experienced Candidates
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Pharma / Medical Representative / Field Sales experience preferred.
- Candidates from Pharma, Healthcare, FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Retail and other Field Sales backgrounds can apply.
Requirements
- Two-wheeler / Bike is mandatory.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with field sales, travel and regular doctor visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
