About the Role
Design Plus Architects is looking for a skilled Architectural 2D Draftsman & 3D Visualizer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, interior design drawings, 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and presentation materials for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed interior design drawings and furniture layouts.
- Create accurate 3D models based on architectural and interior design concepts.
- Produce high-quality renderings and walkthroughs using visualization software.
- Coordinate with architects and interior designers to develop project presentations.
- Revise drawings and models based on client and project requirements.
- Assist in preparing construction and execution drawings.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in SketchUp (Mandatory)
- Experience with Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray / Twinmotion
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and presentation software
- Understanding of architectural drawings and interior detailing
- Good visualization and rendering skills
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design
- B.Arch students or graduates
- Architectural Assistantship holders
Mechanical Engineering candidates are not suitable for this position unless they possess proven experience in architectural drafting and 3D architectural visualization.
Experience
- 0–5 years
- Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
