Job Description :
Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
· Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions for operational challenges.
· Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
· Learn and analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions on product offerings and pricing strategies
· Support the management team in various projects and initiatives to improve overall business performance.
· Provide marketplace & D2C growth support and assist with listing audits, category research, and pricing strategy inputs
· Do Marketing-Led Problem-Solving - Think like a strategist: How should this brand grow? Who’s the target? What messaging wins?
· Prepare client decks and proposals. Contribute to the creation of growth presentations, audits, and pitch decks for clients
· Provide growth sprint assistance and contribute to monthly plans across content, performance campaigns, and market expansion
· Help with brand communication, brainstorm packaging copy, campaign hooks, and homepage storytelling ideas
· Conduct competitor and category research, track benchmarks, creative trends, and content gaps that matter to clients
Educational Qualification: Fresher Graduate
