- Experience in end-to-end recruitment of Skilled, Unskilled & Helper manpower
- Knowledge of Bulk Hiring and Third-Party Staffing process
- Proficient in sourcing through Job Portals and Social Media platforms
- Familiar with Apprenticeship Hiring Process (NAPS/NATS)
- Strong candidate follow-up and joining coordination skills
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
