Job Title: Customer Care Executives (Banking)
Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office
Shift & Week Off
- Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed)
- Week Off: 1 Rotational
- Facility: Free Pick & Drop from Thane Station
- Joining: Immediate joiners only
Salary
- Freshers: ₹15,000 In-hand (No CTC)
- Experienced (Sales mandatory):
- ₹15,000–₹18,000 In-hand | ₹20,000 CTC
- ₹18,000 In-hand | ₹24,000 CTC
Eligibility
- Freshers or 6 months+ experience (for experienced, sales experience must)
- Basic/Average English mandatory
- Outbound calling to customers
- Pitch products/services and close sales
- Maintain call quality and update records in system
- Achieve assigned targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
