Role: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for individuals who are driven, persuasive, and passionate about closing deals.
As a Sales Executive / BDE, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calls, pitching services, nurturing prospects, and converting them into long-term clients. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals.
The role is highly performance-driven, where achieving monthly sales targets and revenue goals is a key expectation.
You will also be required to meet clients in person when necessary, conduct presentations, and build strong professional relationships that contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and qualify potential leads and decision-makers
- Present company services and convert prospects into paying clients
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Schedule and attend client meetings (online or in person)
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Maintain strong client relationships and repeat business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM
Performance Expectations
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain a strong conversion rate from cold leads to clients
- Generate a steady pipeline of qualified prospects
- Contribute actively to revenue growth and client acquisition
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client pitching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Tamil and English (mandatory)
- Ability to build trust and close deals effectively
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Previous sales / BDE experience is a strong advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
