At Recruiting Genie, you'll work directly with the Founder and gain hands-on exposure to multiple business functions while contributing to real client projects from day one.
About the Role
This is not a traditional trainee role.
As a Management Trainee – Founder's Office, you'll work across recruitment, business development, marketing, operations, and founder-led strategic initiatives. The role is designed for individuals who are curious, proactive, and eager to understand how a growing consulting business operates.
You'll receive structured mentoring while gradually taking ownership of projects and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
· Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
· Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring databases.
· Support end-to-end recruitment assignments.
Business Development
· Research potential clients and industries.
· Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, and outbound outreach.
· Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and capability decks.
· Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
· Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
Marketing & Brand Building
· Support LinkedIn, Instagram, and website content initiatives.
· Assist in creating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
· Conduct competitor and market research.
· Coordinate webinars, events, and employer branding activities.
Founder & Business Operations
· Assist in research and strategic business projects.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
· Help build SOPs and internal documentation.
· Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
· Support process improvements and operational initiatives.
