About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Compliance Officer to support the organization in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and compliance procedures. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in compliance, legal processes, documentation, and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining compliance records and documentation.
- Support in monitoring company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for compliance-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports, registers, and compliance trackers.
- Assist in filing statutory documents and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure timely completion of compliance tasks and deadlines.
- Support audits and internal verification processes.
- Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of compliance, legal, or regulatory processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Certification or internship in compliance/legal domain will be an added advantage.
