Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Food & Beverage service
- Train candidates on service standards, hygiene, and guest handling
- Conduct demonstrations and practical sessions
Assessment & Development
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
- Monitor trainee performance and provide mentoring
- Ensure industry readiness of candidates
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain training MIS, attendance, and assessment records
- Ensure adherence to DDUGKY guidelines
- Support placement readiness activities
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management (mandatory)
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations
- Good communication and training skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
