Job Description:
IIM Skills is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with EdTech sales experience will have an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers and generate sales opportunities
- Understand customer requirements and explain company services/products
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with the team
- Update sales records and CRM regularly
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to speak English confidently
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility:
- Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
- EdTech sales experience is a plus
- Graduation preferred
